Terms of service

1. Who we are

Buzz Dealer AI is operated by Buzz Dealer (Cyprus) Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE440718, at Agias Filaxeos 122A, Limassol 3087, Cyprus ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

2. The service

Buzz Dealer AI lets a customer buy editorial placements and related services (PR distribution packages, articles on individual sites, bundles, monthly programs, and services such as a brand audit or a website analysis) through a dashboard, an MCP connector or a REST API. A person sets a budget frame; the customer's AI agent can then order within it.

3. Accounts

You need an account to order. You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in, API keys and agent connections secure. The service is for businesses and professionals. By creating an account you confirm that you are acting for a business or in your professional capacity, not as a consumer. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.

4. Credits

• Orders are paid with prepaid credits. Credits are in US dollars: 1 credit = $1.
• Unused credits roll over from month to month, with no cap. Credits do not expire while your account is open.
• Credits are not money. They cannot be exchanged for cash, except through a refund under our refund policy, and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Top-ups may earn bonus credits, in tiers shown on our pricing page. If a top-up is refunded to the card, in full or in part, the same proportion of the bonus credits it earned is removed from the balance.
• Prices of items are fixed in US dollars and shown in the catalog and in each quote.

5. Payments

Only a person pays, in the dashboard or on a Stripe payment page. An AI agent never makes a payment and never charges a card; it only allocates credits already in the balance. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we do not receive card numbers. VAT is charged when you buy credits, as required by law, and is shown on the invoice. Using credits to order items does not create a second VAT charge.

6. Agents act for you

When you connect an AI agent (through our connector or an API key), the agent acts on your behalf. Orders it places within the budget frame you set are your orders, and you are responsible for them as if you had placed them yourself. Orders outside the frame wait for approval by a person on your account. You can revoke a connection at any time in the dashboard.

7. Orders

• Every order is quoted before any credits move. A quote is valid for a limited time shown with the quote.
• When you order, the price is reserved from your balance. Credits are spent per item only when the item is published.
• If an item fails or is refused, its credits are released back to your balance automatically.
• You must give the inputs each item needs (for example the text, target URL and anchor text) before credits move.

8. What we promise, and what we do not

• We guarantee publication of each item you order; if an item cannot be published, its credits go back to your balance (section 9). For site items we guarantee that the link stays live for at least 12 months.
• For site items: the link is dofollow when the catalog lists the site as dofollow. Turnaround is up to 14 days, typically 7 to 10. We tell you about delays.
• We do not guarantee any outcome: rankings, traffic, sales, mentions by AI assistants, or changes in any score. The AI score shown in the catalog is a beta score entered by our editors.
• If a site link is removed within 12 months, we ask the site to restore it. If it is not restored within 30 days, we offer you a replacement on an equivalent site at an equal or lower price, or the item's credits back to your balance, at your choice.

9. Failed items, replacements and refunds

If an item fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically, and we may propose an equivalent replacement at an equal or lower price. Refunds to a card are made by our team by hand and may be partial. Details are in our refund policy.

10. Your content

By submitting content (text, images, links, logos) you confirm that:

• you own it or have the right to publish it;
• it is lawful; and
• it does not attack or misrepresent identified third parties.

We check every piece and may refuse content or ask for changes. You give us and the publishing outlets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to edit your content for format and style, publish it and keep it online for the purpose of the order. Outlets may label content as sponsored, as advertising or as a press release under their own rules and the law. You are responsible for your content, and you will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from content you submit or from a breach of this section.

11. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful content, spam, misleading claims, or to overload or attack the service. API keys are limited in the number of requests per minute.

12. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data. Our total liability arising from or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for the acts or decisions of independent outlets and wire services, beyond the commitments in section 8. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

13. Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or close an account if you breach these terms, do not pay, misuse the service, or if the law requires it. We tell you the reason where the law allows, and give notice first where we reasonably can. You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. When an account is closed, items in progress are completed or released, and unused paid credits are refunded under our refund policy, unless the account was closed for fraud or a serious breach. Bonus credits end when the account is closed.

14. Changes to these terms

We publish changes on this page with a new date. For changes that matter to you, we also email the account holder at least 14 days before they take effect. Orders already placed stay under the terms that applied when they were placed. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction.
